ABOUT
Who I am
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling who believes that meaningful change happens when insight and compassion meet. I provide therapy in the state of Arkansas that is supportive, insightful, and centered on meaningful progress for individuals and couples. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand their story more deeply, strengthen their resilience, and move forward with clarity. My focus is on fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful progress. I understand the importance of creating a safe and compassionate environment for my clients to navigate their challenges and empower their growth. I aim to provide steady, clinically informed support that helps you gain clarity, deepen insight, and make meaningful, intentional change.
My Approach
My style is warm, steady, and insight‑driven. I integrate evidence‑informed methods with a calm, grounded presence that helps you feel supported as you explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I also offer a faith‑aware perspective —a way of honoring your spiritual background without assuming anything about it, letting you decide if it becomes part of our work together.
