Fees and Policies

​Clients deserve clarity about the financial and practical aspects of therapy. Below is a straightforward overview of fees, payment options, and policies.

Session Fees

  • Individual Counseling (50 minutes): $150

  • Extended Session (75 minutes): $225 (optional)

  • Initial Intake Session: $175

Payment Methods

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Online payments through the secure client portal

Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Insurance

I currently operate as an out‑of‑network provider and do not accept insurance. 

Many clients choose private pay because it offers:

  • Greater privacy

  • More control over treatment

  • No diagnosis required for reimbursement

  • Flexibility in session length and frequency

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full session charge.

Telehealth Policies

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA‑compliant platform. Please ensure:

  • A private, quiet space

  • A stable internet connection

  • No driving during sessions
